Good-bye to the Broker Fee

"As of Tuesday afternoon there were 33 co-sponsors and Ossé expects more will vote in support of the bill. A threshold of 34 makes it veto-proof."

"That's generally thousands of dollars in fees for a broker your landlord hired and also maybe didn't even show up."
