Carolina Wilga, a 26-year-old German backpacker, was rescued after being lost for 11 nights in the Australian Outback. She survived the harsh conditions by drinking rainwater and puddle water. Wilga survived by drinking rainwater and puddle water during her 11-day ordeal after being last seen in a small town northeast of Perth.
