The Boston nonprofit GBH 89.7FM is restructuring its morning show as co-hosts Paris Alston and Jeremy Siegel transition to new roles amidst ongoing financial challenges.
Dan Lothian stated, 'Paris and Jeremy are both accomplished storytellers, and we hope listeners will join us as we explore new topics and geographies together.'
The network is launching new initiatives alongside talent shifts, such as a reimagined 'Basic Black' and a one-hour program highlighting unique Bay State stories.
GBH has implemented programming cuts and layoffs, including a total of 31 layoffs earlier this year, which reflects its ongoing financial struggles.
