GB News recently aired a controversial segment in which Josh Howie compared LGBTQ+ people to paedophiles, sparking outrage and leading to more than 53,000 complaints. The Good Law Project condemned the segment as a "dangerous homophobic slur" and called on the public to complain to Ofcom, the UK broadcasting regulator. In response to the backlash, GB News host Michelle Dewberry made additional derogatory remarks about transgender individuals. Legal expert Robin Moira White reported that her concerns regarding the segment were ignored by senior officials at GB News.
