Gardaí seek public assistance to identify the victim, who has a blue and white flag tattoo on the inside of his right forearm with the words "Ceol is Beatha" meaning music is life. Gardaí request witnesses who were in the area between midnight and 1:00am to contact Pearse Street Garda Station, the Garda Confidential Line, or any Garda station. Investigations are ongoing.
