Gardai ask O'Connell Street crowds to disperse with no Halloween parade planned as Luas running with delays
Briefly

"Please be advised that contrary to information being circulated online, no Halloween parade is scheduled to take place in Dublin City Centre this evening or tonight," a post on X reads.
"Full Red and Green Line services have resumed with delays while we regulate service. We apologise for any inconvenience caused," a spokesperson said.
Gardaí have also advised anyone on O'Connell Street or in nearby areas they are on the scene and available to help throughout the night: "Should you need our help or assistance, we are out on the beat along O'Connell Street and surrounding areas throughout this evening and tonight - please do not hesitate to stop and speak with us."
