The League of Women Voters of Cupertino-Sunnyvale is hosting an online forum on October 16 to discuss important measures for the upcoming election, including $290 million in bonds for library modernization and city charter amendments.
Sunnyvale residents will also vote on Measure Y, which proposes extending a $59-per-parcel tax for eight years to enhance educational quality, which requires a two-thirds approval unless state Proposition 5 lowers it to 55%.
