Plans have been submitted to convert the former Oakfields Montessori Day Nursery into five new homes, enhancing local housing options and community spaces.

The existing building, deemed to have no architectural merit, will undergo refurbishment aimed at enhancing the street scene and adding much-needed housing in the area.
