Former Carshalton teacher, 32, charged with rape and sexual activity with a child

Gary Vigar, a 32-year-old former teacher, faces serious charges including three counts of sexual activity with a child, one count of rape, and others, stemming from incidents dating back to 2020.

During the plea hearing at Croydon Crown Court, Vigar pleaded not guilty to all eight charges, prompting Judge Deborah Charles to schedule a trial set to begin next November.
