The forecast predicted we'd experience flurries on Monday, January 6th, courtesy of Winter Storm Blair, which eyed the central and eastern U.S.
Though the flurries are scenic and appear to be easing throughout the afternoon, they were substantial enough for the city to enforce a winter advisory until midnight.
At this time, it's expected that we could receive up to an inch of snow, with areas like Staten Island expected to receive up to 2 inches.
Travel delays are expected, but note that the Department of Sanitation pre-treated roads and bike lanes with brine on Sunday, January 5th.
