FBI agents arrested Forrest Kendall Pemberton for allegedly planning an attack on the America Israel Public Affairs Committee, timed for the first night of Hanukah.
Court documents indicate Pemberton expressed frustration with the political influence of the organization, stating, "I really don't know if I was gonna end it with my life or not."
Investigators acted on a tip from Pemberton's family, who discovered a note he wrote expressing his intent to "close the loop, stoke the flames and say goodbye."
