"She appeared before Judge Treasa Kelly at Dublin District Court on Thursday, charged under section 72 of the Criminal Justice Act 2006 with facilitating a criminal organisation in the commission of the murder of Mr Tighe Ennis, between October 27-28, 2017. Detective Sergeant Domhnall O'Carroll told Judge Treasa Kelly that Ms Nolan was arrested at Dublin Airport at 5.40 pm and "made no reply" when charged an hour and a half later."
"Jamie Tighe Ennis, 24, of Timberhill Apartments, Artane, suffered fatal gunshot wounds to the head at Moatview Avenue, Priorswood, D.17, on October 28, 2017. Originally from Darndale, Mr Tighe Ennis was walking home from a nearby pub with a group of friends when he was shot twice by a gunman at around 2:20 am. He was pronounced dead at the scene. He was the 14th victim of the Hutch-Kinahan feud."

Ciara Nolan, originally from Artane and with an address in Birmingham, was extradited from the UK and charged under section 72 of the Criminal Justice Act 2006 with facilitating a criminal organisation in his murder between October 27-28, 2017. She was arrested at Dublin Airport at 5.40 pm and made no reply when charged. Bail can only be raised in the High Court and she was remanded in custody to appear on January 14. A stolen Audi A3 was later found partially burnt out in Finglas.
