"Detective Sergeant Domhnall O'Connell told Judge Kelly that Ms Nolan was arrested at Dublin Airport at 5.40pm and "made no reply" when charged an hour-and-a-half later. As a result, she was automatically remanded in custody to appear again on January 14.
