Camden Council has approved plans for existing buildings at the O2 Centre site to be demolished, paving the way for a significant housing development.
Initially, 600 homes were planned for the first phase, but Landsec aims to increase this number to around 650 by altering building designs.
The revised plans not only increase housing but also add 55 trees, a larger community center, and additional open space for residents.
Community engagement is a priority, with workshops and consultation sessions scheduled to inform the public about the changes to the development plans.
