Details of the incidents reveal Watson prioritizes tearing down posters over dog walking, with one neighbor stating, 'He'll sometimes have four dogs... using both hands at the same time to just pull off the stickers.'
In a recent encounter, Watson harassed a teen and her mother for removing one of his stickers, displaying extreme hostility and shouting profane remarks about the hostages.
