Everything you need to know about the UK's new ETA fees
Briefly

The Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) system is part of the UK's effort to fully digitise its borders, allowing visitors to apply for travel permission online.
With the ETA, visitors must fill out an application online and pay a small fee, reminiscent of the US ESTA system for UK citizens.
An approved ETA will permit visitors to stay in the UK for up to six months, covering both business and tourism.
Currently, citizens from several Gulf countries, including Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, are required to apply for an ETA regardless of when they plan to travel.
