Microsoft has restored most functionalities for Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Teams after outages, although some issues, particularly with Outlook on the web, remain.
The outage, reported around 8am ET, led to a significant number of user complaints, prompting Microsoft to deploy a fix to approximately 70% of affected environments by midday.
While 98% of the machines impacted have been repaired, further issues linger, particularly for Outlook users who may still experience delays and access problems.
Users can track the recovery progress through the company's admin center, and Microsoft expects to resolve all issues by early Tuesday.
