The 22-year-old moved from London Irish in 2023 and has made 35 appearances for Harlequins, alongside 18 international caps. He has featured in four of Harlequins' five Premiership league games this season and is included in Steve Borthwick's England squad for the autumn internationals. Coaches Jason Gilmore and Toby Booth have focused on his defensive development. Cunningham-South scored four tries in nine England appearances in 2024-25, playing in all five Six Nations matches. He was not in the matchday squad for England's win over Australia.
