Lemos Luise Rocha, a 24-year-old man, was sentenced to three years in prison by the Dublin Circuit Criminal Court for attempting to smuggle 1.23kg of cocaine valued at over €80,000 at Dublin Airport. His motivation came after meeting a man with an expensive car who suggested that success could be easily attained through illicit means. Rocha, who became a father at 14 with his teacher, has three additional children, including one he has yet to meet.
Dublin Circuit Criminal Court heard that Lemos Luise Rocha (24) smuggled the 1.23kg drugs because he met a man with a nice car who told him he had done something to have a nice life.
A drugs mule who had a child with his teacher when he was 14 has been jailed for three years for importing over €80,000 of cocaine at Dublin Airport.
