DJI says US customs is blocking its drone imports
Briefly

DJI has stated that ongoing customs-related issues hinder its ability to import select drones into the U.S., rather than an outright ban by Congress.
The company's spokesperson indicated that the import restrictions may be tied to the Department of Homeland Security's broader scrutiny of products, especially Chinese-made drones.
DJI has asserted that it doesn't employ forced labor and is sending documentation to U.S. Customs to clarify that it doesn't operate in the Xinjiang region.
Despite these customs issues, DJI is not currently on the UFLPA Entity List, though it was previously on the Department of Commerce's Entity List.
