Due to the outage in mid-July, flight cancellations forced Air France-KLM to offer rebooking options and alternative arrangements like hotel stays, leading to further financial losses.
The initial estimate of damages, stated by CFO Steven Zaat, was adjusted after considering the complete processing of costs related to the outage.
