The company plans to turn the building's 121,000 square feet into its new headquarters, a significant increase from its previous space of three floors at 200 Lafayette.
Chobani is set to transform the premises into 'Chobani United Nations', including a community kitchen, an innovation center for food scientists, and an incubator lab for NGOs.
While other smaller deals were in the works, Chobani secured the entire building, showcasing its ambition to create a space that fosters collaboration and community.
