The child was removed, Tusla was contacted, and now lives full-time with their mother. The defendant admitted obstructing Garda McNamara on September 17, 2024, and cannot be named to protect the child. Judge Shalom Binchy applied the Probation Act and noted the defendant has been sober for over a year and made efforts to address alcohol-related problems.
