Pamela Ramsewack and Angela Singh, co-owners of Caribbean Cabana, faced an unimaginable challenge when tragedy struck, but through resilience, they kept the restaurant thriving.
Angela Singh recalled, "I completely shut down. Then one morning, I got up and said, I have to do this. The kids were little. The restaurant gave us purpose. It made us survive."
