Campaigners lose XL bully High Court challenge

Campaigners opposing the XL bully ban argued it was based on unreliable data and lacked proper analysis, but the court found sufficient evidence of high fatality rates among these dogs.
Mrs Justice Beverley Lang found it rational for Defra to act on the evidence of dog attacks and ruled that the ban followed valid considerations of public safety.
