Counsel for Cab revealed in court that a judgment of €916,960 was obtained against Mr. Foley, arising from unpaid income tax arrears and accumulated interest.
Mr. Foley states he has no other assets left, having liquidated previous holdings to satisfy his tax debts, emphasizing the home as their sole property.
Sonia Foley, representing herself in court, claims their Kimmage property is their family home, thus opposing any court orders for its possession by Cab.
