Brown bear undergoes BRAIN surgery at British wildlife park
Briefly

Boki, a 115kg brown bear at the Wildwood Trust, is undergoing groundbreaking brain surgery to treat hydrocephalus, marked as the first of its kind in the UK.
'Boki is loved by absolutely everyone... He's really charismatic and friendly... It has been our absolute priority to work out why he's having seizures and to give him the help he needs.'
The surgery, costing £20,000, was critical for Boki's survival this winter, as explained by Wildwood Trust amidst expressions of gratitude for the veterinary team's expertise.
Prior to the operation, extensive preparation was made to ensure Boki remained calm and comfortable, including practice for crate transport and sedation injections.
