New York City has launched a housing lottery for 13 affordable units in a new mixed-use building at 790 Allerton Ave in the Bronx.
The building includes 43 residences total; 30 are at market rate, while 13 units are available for households earning 130% of the AMI.
Eligible applicants for the one-bedroom units must have an annual income between $86,400 and $181,740, while the two-bedroom units require an income of $95,829-$218,010.
Amenities for residents include high-end kitchen appliances, energy-efficient systems, a gym, rooftop terrace, and conveniences like online rent payment options.
