Bill Murray, Kathryn Hahn to appear at anything-goes San Francisco festival
Briefly

Sketchfest is akin to a comedy equivalent of the Noise Pop Festival: a sprawling, multi-week event that takes over comedy clubs and concert venues, flooding the city with a deluge of local talent and big-name visitors.
The biggest name involved is Bill Murray, who will sing the blues with his Blood Brothers band. Other notable participants include JB Smoove, Kathryn Hahn, and comedy legends like Richard Kind and Tim Curry.
In addition to the main events, the festival will feature a variety of performances, such as improvised musical spoofs, themed burlesque shows, and special panels with 'Futurama' cast members.
Sketchfest 2025 runs from Jan. 16 to Feb. 2 and includes more than 100 improv, sketch comedy, stand-up sets and game shows, making it a significant moment for comedy in San Francisco.
