According to Pleasanton police, Christian Roberts, 30, has a history of lewd conduct, facing multiple accusations including a recent felony charge for abusing a 13-year-old.
Roberts was previously charged with masturbating onto a Safeway employee in Oakland, after which he was sentenced to 101 days in jail followed by probation.
After being arrested for the latest incident, police noted that Roberts was still wearing an ankle monitor related to prior offenses when they apprehended him.
The alleged sexual abuse of the 13-year-old girl occurred while they were playing a game, leading to police involvement after the girl’s mother contacted authorities.
