The feedback from over 6,000 users has guided NPR's key decisions in enhancing commenting, ensuring moderated comments prior to publication in most news areas.
Under the new system, users can edit and delete their own comments, utilize basic HTML formatting, and enjoy easier navigation with the threading feature.
