The Community Train Carriage Cafe, acquired by Populo Living, will soon provide a unique public space alongside a community garden as part of the Carpenters Estate regeneration.
Located on Gibbins Road near Stratford, the 1970s train carriage, previously a museum piece, will facilitate outdoor seating and functions for the local community.
