Christmas is a time for cheer; a time for spreading goodwill; a time for visiting family and friends. But it's also a time when some of the most incessant earworms start getting played ad nauseam from every radio channel, speaker, and store around the world.
Miracle on Leake Street: an enormous free Christmas karaoke session - with no Mariah Carey, or fuddy-duddy old carols, allowed.
Miracle on Leake Street is a rollicking Christmas street party with more to do than a bunch of singing. They'll also have: There will also be a ten-foot-tall golden Christmas tree made from spray cans to complete the festive experience.
The event is free to attend (just make sure you get one of the free tickets!), but attendees can make donations on the night that will go to Waterloo Foodbank.
