SES Water has set up free bottled water stations across affected areas in south London as they work to restore normal supply, urging residents to use water sparingly.
The complex fault at Cheam Water Treatment Works began on December 16, leading to low water pressure and interruptions, with supply gradually returning but remaining unstable.
