The Texas Public Utility Commission is warning datacenter operators they must supply some of their own power, as local infrastructure struggles to meet rising demand.
Chair Thomas Gleeson stressed that datacenters must arrange their own power generation to prevent further strain on the grid and avoid a resource loss.
