Two people have tragically died in Sonoma County due to the recent storm, with one found submerged in a vehicle and another in a creek.
The Sonoma County Sheriff's Department reported that one driver entered floodwaters, leading to a submerged vehicle. Rescuers were unable to reach the driver in time.
