$125M 'Succession' mansion destoryed in LA wildfires: 'Most expensive' home in the Palisades had 18 beds, rented for $450K per month

The 18-bedroom mansion, owned by Luminar Technologies boss Austin Russell, was valued at $125 million and was destroyed in the Los Angeles wildfires.

The property had a temperature-controlled wine cellar, a retractable roof for stargazing, and was previously featured on HBO's 'Succession'.

The Los Angeles wildfires have scorched tens of thousands of acres, with the death toll currently at 1, prompting the investigation for the fire's origin.

Los Angeles Fire Chief Kristin Crowley confirmed, 'The cause of the fire remains unknown, and it continues to be under active investigation.'
