Grogu heads to classrooms, living rooms in special Disney/LucasFilm collaboration with GoNoodle

Disney, LucasFilm and GoNoodle partnered to create Star Wars-themed content that blends movement with mindfulness for children ages 6 through 11. The debut video features Grogu practicing breathing to teach calm, concentration, emotion management, and improved focus. Content pairs mindfulness with curriculum-aligned activities and movement to equip educators and caregivers with tools that help students settle, build balance, and develop emotional regulation skills. Videos are crafted to be age-appropriate and inspiring, with additional episodes planned to release throughout the year on GoNoodle's website and Disney platforms to support daily movement, mindfulness, and imaginative play.
