Eric Glass, an assistant coach for the Miami Heat, is recognized for his resemblance to head coach Erik Spoelstra. Having completed 15 seasons with the team, he embraces the lighthearted jokes about their similarities. Glass started as a video intern in 2010 and has since advanced through various coaching roles. Now in his fourth season as an assistant coach and serving as the summer league head coach for the third time in eight years, he reflects on his personal and professional growth since moving to Miami after college.
"I feel like I've become a totally different person... I became a man in Miami - I was coming out of college. So I've really grown up in terms of family. It’s been really nice."
"We're the same height, we have the same hair, complexion is a little bit the same. So definitely, I get double takes all the time... I just try to roll with it."
