However, the woman eventually did go to the third floor, where she danced with another woman "in an effort to avoid" Storley, per the police report."
"After the woman left the bar, Storley followed her outside and convinced her to go into an alley about a block east of the street where the Bull and Whistle is located. According to the report, Storley then got naked and sexually assaulted the woman. Employees from Teasers, a nearby strip club, witnessed the assault."

According to the report, Storley declined to talk to authorities without his attorney present. The woman was taken to a clinic to be examined for sexual assault.
