By waiving fees, clerks enable drivers to legally resume driving while also offering payment plans for those who cannot pay their fines in full. Operation Green Light provides an opportunity for individuals who want to do the right thing and pay off their fines and other court costs but may need a little help.
By waiving collection agency fees during Operation Green Light, our office and Clerk's offices throughout Florida allow anyone with an overdue ticket to save money, reinstate their license and drive legally again.
