This June, Miami is introducing several exciting new dining establishments. Donatella, located inside the Orcidea Hotel, features classic Italian dishes made from fresh ingredients. The Empanadas offers 25 different empanada flavors, catering to both savory and sweet preferences. Celebrity chef José Andrés has opened Aguasal and Bar Centro at the Andaz Miami Beach, focusing on Mediterranean cuisine. Also noteworthy is Fluke, a new cocktail lounge and seafood spot from the Macchialina Group, serving martinis and a rotating seafood menu. These openings reflect Miami’s vibrant dining scene.
Aguasal, named for agua salada, celebrates coastal Mediterranean fare with dishes like mussels saganaki, while Bar Centro offers tapas and ocean views.
