Miami restaurant Itamae will end its a la carte service and open a new location in Midtown Miami called Itamae Ao.
Itamae Ao will offer a more intimate omakase experience for only 12 guests at a time.
The new concept is inspired by the Chang family's ancestral ties to the ocean.
Itamae's current location will be turned into a fast-casual Nikkei sushi counter called B-Side.
