The Dolphins (8-8) are financially married to quarterback Tua Tagovailoa...He's not going anywhere anytime soon. But I understand the sentiment.

The key is building a complete team (think San Francisco, Detroit, Philadelphia, Baltimore) and spreading the responsibility instead of putting so much on Tagovailoa's left arm.
