If you live in Miami or Miami Beach, you may have been inundated with a deluge of TV advertisements, radio interviews and campaign mailers for the past three months.
Both cities are allowing vote-by-mail for the runoffs, but voters needed to request mail ballots by November 9. Mail ballots must be returned to the Miami-Dade Elections Department no later than 7 p.m. on Tuesday.
