Tiny in stature, the Rev. Carol Hoffman was a giant in arts and culture

Rev. Carol Hoffman founded Arts @ St. John's at St. John's Methodist Church in Miami Beach, which grew in popularity and brought together races and cultures from throughout South Florida.
