After the region sees a drop into the mid-60s overnight Monday, it will continue to cool into Tuesday night and Wednesday morning, with temperatures in northern Palm Beach County dropping into the low 60s and Miami remaining closer to 70, according to the National Weather Service.
Thursday morning will see temperatures just north of Lake Okeechobee reaching the mid-40s, while areas south of the lake will remain in the low-50s. Tallahassee could drop as low as 35 degrees. By Friday morning, a warming trend will bring South Florida nighttime temperatures back up to the mid-60s.
