A missing child alert has been issued for a 3-year-old girl who hasn't been seen since Monday in South Miami.
Shea Eminhizer was last spotted in the 6500 block of Southwest 78th Terrace, possibly with a 41-year-old woman named Christine Betancourt.
Anyone seeing Shea is advised not to approach her and instead call 911, South Miami police, or the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
