Inquest into death of Somerset teenager hears of lack of staff training

An agency healthcare assistant, Samantha Sands, said she had not received training on how to monitor vulnerable patients like Cariss Stone.

Sands mentioned that there were gaps of up to 12 minutes in the observations of Stone, who was found unresponsive in her room.
