If you look at what defines a good treatment, what you're looking for is clinical trials, ideally randomized, placebo-controlled clinical trials.
When we look at research related to cannabis, we see very few of those trials, and we see that the cannabis plant is actually quite complicated and there are many different compounds that come from it.
